RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please Note: The following information should be carefully read as it contains important information with regards to your rights and obligations as a consumer of our products. It also includes limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and satisfaction and hence we have a unique set of terms and conditions.

Due to the nature of our products, all our sales are final. No refunds will be issued. This is applicable to all sales, whether in-store or online. We will make it a priority to match each order to your exact specifications. Due to the fact that we deal with a natural product, no two products will ever be exactly the same, hence we cannot guarantee hair colour and texture to be identical.

Exchanges will be permitted under the following conditions only:

Exchange requests may be made within 14 calendar days of purchase. All requests after this 14 day period will not be honoured.

All products need to be in its original condition (as when it was purchased) and original packaging.

No exchanges will be permitted on products that have been altered in ANY way. This includes: wearing, washing, cutting, colouring, chemically altering, damaging or alteration of lace, weft, clips, or hair.

If the product was altered in ANY way, all exchange or replacement guarantees will be void.

If the exchanged products is lower in value than the original purchase, a store-credit will be issued for the difference. No refunds will be permitted for the difference in value.

If a product needs to be exchanged, it needs to be returned to our premises either in person or via post/courier with a tracking number supplied to us in writing. If the products do not reach us we will not be held liable for the replacement or exchange thereof. Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.

Once the products have been received in its original condition, it will be examined thoroughly before the products are exchanged.

If a product is found to be defective in any way due to a manufacturing error the following policy will apply:

If a product is defective it will become evident within 14 days of purchase. If this is the case with your product, it should be communicated with us immediately. We will assist you however possible, considering each situation individually. If however there is delay from the client for whatever reason, this policy will be void.

This policy is limited to manufacturing defects only. If a product has been misused or damaged due to poor maintenance, Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible or liable in any way whatsoever.

Please note that chemically processing, colouring, cutting and excessive wear and tear will void this policy automatically.

Each situation will be considered individually after the products have been thoroughly inspected.

If it is found that the product is defective, Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd will replace the product to its own discretion.

Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for the quality of workmanship of the installation process at parties not associated with us.

No exchanges or refunds will be permitted on Sale or Promotional items.

All hair care products, wig glues and removers will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

Use of Site

You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ‘embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty

The contents of this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within a reasonable period as stipulated in our “Orders Processing” section. Should the product not be in stock it will be communicated either via our website or e-mail upon your request.

 

Custom Orders

Custom orders will be done at the discretion of the employees of Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd only. The exact products cannot be guaranteed. Waiting periods for the completion of these orders cannot be guaranteed either. In some cases a deposit will be requested. Exchanges on custom orders will not be permitted whatsoever

 

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

 

Shipping

We make use of the services of a courier company which is not part of our business entity. Through them we offer a door-to-door delivery service. Courier times and prices are dependent on the area of delivery.

Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any shipping/delivery delays due to carrier delays, holidays, weather or natural disasters.

It is advisable to place your orders well in advance as to avoid disappointment. Please also keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count as business days and might affect the timespan in which your products will be delivered.

It is your responsibility to supply Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd with the correct delivery address and contact information. If an order is not delivered due to a faulty address, Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for the costs incurred. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

You will be issued with a tracking number shortly after your order has been dispatched. It is the responsibility of the client to track this shipment. If for any reason this order has been delivered incorrectly, please make contact with our company as soon as possible.

 

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

 

Order processing

Our trading hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm

Saturdays: 10am to 3pm

Sundays: Closed

Public Holidays: Closed

These trading hours may vary during specific periods and may be changed without prior notice. If these hours change, it will be announced on our social media platforms and website or via e-mail.

Orders will only be processed during general business hours. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next business day. Processing of orders will only be done after payment has cleared and full contact and delivery address details have been received. Shipping times will vary and is dependent on the region/area to which it is sent.

 

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable cost such as delivery charges and tax.

Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.


Credit Card/Debit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. If you do not have a credit or debit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via Bank Wire Payment.

Banking Details

Banking details will be included in all quotations for your convenience.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Bella Zara (Pty) Ltd for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
